The suite is composed of two communicating ceremonial rooms: the king's room with its column bed and the red room with its four-poster bed. A shower room links the two rooms. The bed with columns is the oldest of the castle. It dates from the 17th century but is 140x190 cm. It is very high and a small step ladder is necessary to lie down on it.
